Cooking Classes
Rome is in the heart of a country known worldwide for its delicious food. Still, Italian food is a misleading term, as the country’s cuisine is extremely diverse. Each of its 20 regions boasts its own unique flavors and traditions. As such, we offer cooking classes to provide insight into the Italian kitchen.

Prices for instruction depend upon the duration and subject matter of the course. Single classes including a market tour are €170 per person, minimum 2 people. Evening classes without market tour are €140 per person. Multiple classes can be organized at a reduced rate.

Culinary Tours
Our culinary walking tour features “The Best of Rome,” as we stroll around the historic city center tasting the best of the city’s culinary offerings, from the best espresso to the best gelato.

Along the way, we take a look at the Jewish ghetto and taste treats from its famous bakery. We tour the Campo de’ Fiori market and sample seasonal and local specialties, and visit one of the best-known bread bakeries in Rome. We have lunch in a typical Roman trattoria and shop in one of Italy’s finest alimentari which features regional Italian salumi, cheeses, and other artisanal products.

We finish off with a bit of Dolce Romana – a sweet ending to our day, with a sampling of delicious gelato, hot chocolate, handmade chocolates, or Roman grattachecca (shaved ice dessert) – all depending upon the season and client preference.

These tours cost €170 per person, all-inclusive; discounts given to groups of more than 4 people.
